By creating an account, you represent and warrant that your registration information is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@gruv4creatives.com of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you create and submit to the Platform. Gruv4creatives.com makes no claim of ownership over your creative work.

By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant Gruv4creatives Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt your User Content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, harassment, impersonation, unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, account transfer, security circumvention, or any activity involving fraud, exploitation, forced labour, or human trafficking.

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. Fees are displayed in Pound Sterling (GBP) by default, though local currencies may be shown depending on your location.

Payments are processed securely via authorised third-party payment providers. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact billing@gruv4creatives.com within 30 days of the charge.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim or GBP £100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gruv4creatives Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your unlawful use of the Platform, or your infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@gruv4creatives.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

If you access the Platform from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any incorporated documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gruv4creatives Ltd.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
